Illinois High School Volleyball - Buffalo Grove can't hold off Hersey

In Tuesday's league battle, the host Hersey Huskies volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Buffalo Grove Bison.
The Huskies (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL). The Knights come into the Mid-Suburban battle with a 3-6 record. In their last battle, Prospect was edged by Wheeling (Wheeling, IL), 2-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Bison clash with the Elk Grove Grenadiers (Elk Grove Village, IL) in a Mid-Suburban battle, on Thursday, September 14. Buffalo Grove will attempt to advance on its 8-8 season record. The Grenadiers enter the test with a 4-8 record after their 2-0 league loss to Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL).
