Illinois High School Volleyball - Princeton edged by Bureau Valley

The Bureau Valley Storm volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Princeton Tigers to 1 in the Storm league victory on Tuesday.

The Storm now have a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mendota for a Three Rivers game on Tuesday, September 19. Bureau Valley will meet a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Newman Central Catholic (Sterling, IL). The Trojans record now stands at 5-5.

The Tigers (9-8) will now prepare for their game against Newman Central Catholic (Sterling, IL). The Comets enter the Three Rivers game with a 12-2 record. In their last game, Newman Central Catholic held off Mendota (Mendota, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
