The Murrieta Mesa Rams volleyball team (Murrieta, CA), was dropped 3-1 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Chaparral Pumas (Temecula, CA)

The Pumas (15-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Temecula Valley (Temecula, CA). The Golden Bears enter the Southwestern challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Temecula Valley defeated Rancho Christian (Temecula, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rams meet the Murrieta Valley Nighthawks (Murrieta, CA) in a Southwestern challenge, on Thursday, September 14. Murrieta Mesa will attempt to move on its 13-6 season record. The Nighthawks enter the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Great Oak (Temecula, CA).
