The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Greeneville Greene Devils (Greeneville, TN) and the visiting Chuckey-Doak Black Knights (Afton, TN), saw Greeneville's volleyball squad beat Chuckey-Doak by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Greeneville upgrades its record to 10-7 on the year. The Greene Devils travel to Gallatin (Gallatin, TN) to play the Green Wave in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 16. The Green Wave go into the bout with a record of 22-3. Gallatin lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against St. Agnes Academy (Memphis, TN)

The Black Knights now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Johnson County for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 14. Chuckey-Doak will play a Longhorns squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Sullivan East (Bluff City, TN). The Longhorns record now stands at 7-9.
