The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 12-6. Muir lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Burroughs (Burbank, CA)

The Tornados now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they host Burbank for a Pacific bout on Thursday, September 14. Hoover will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Arcadia (Arcadia, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-13.
