Georgia High School Volleyball - Crisp County over Mitchell County

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Crisp County Cougars (Cordele, GA) and the host Mitchell County Eagles (Camilla, GA), saw Crisp County's volleyball squad beat Mitchell County by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Crisp County upgrades its record to 13-3 on the year. The Cougars travel to Howard (Macon, GA) to play the Huskies in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 14. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 5-4. Howard lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Perry (Perry, GA)

The Eagles now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Stewart County for a 1A Area 1 bout on Thursday, September 14. Mitchell County will play a Royal Knights squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Chattahoochee County (Cusseta, GA). The Royal Knights record now stands at 0-3.
