The Leonia Lions held off the visiting Dwight-Englewood Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's league test.

The Lions now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bogota for a non-league test on Thursday, September 14. Leonia will confront a Buccaneers team coming off a 2-0 league win over Palisades Park (Palisades Park, NJ). The Buccaneers record now stands at 2-1.

The Bulldogs (0-3) will now prepare for their test against St. Mary (Rutherford, NJ). The Gaels enter the non-league test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, St. Mary held off Harrison (Harrison, NJ), 2-0, in a non-league test.
