The Southwest Virginia Academy Conquerors volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Faith Christian Academy to 0 in the Conquerors league victory on Tuesday.
The Conquerors now have a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lynchburg HomeSchool for a VHSAA game on Friday, September 15. Southwest Virginia Academy will confront a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to New Covenant (Lynchburg, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 3-3.
The (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league game with a 9-3 record. In their last game, Westover Christian Academy gained a win over Roanoke Valley Christian (Roanoke, VA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
