The Falls Lake Firebirds volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting NCSSM: Durham Unicorns to 0 in the Firebirds league victory on Tuesday.

The Firebirds now have a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklin Academy for a Super Six 1A/2A game on Thursday, September 14.

The Unicorns (7-3) will now prepare for their game against Durham Academy (Durham, NC). The Cavaliers enter the non-league game with a 7-6 record. In their last game, Durham Academy dropped by Ravenscroft (Raleigh, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
