In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Harrison County Thorobreds volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Fleming County Panthers.
The Thorobreds (8-5) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop Brossart (Alexandria, KY). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 14-3 record. In their last battle, Bishop Brossart achieved victory over Boone County (Florence, KY), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Panthers clash with the Menifee County Wildcats (Frenchburg, KY) in a District 61 battle, on Thursday, September 14. Fleming County will attempt to better on its 9-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 1-11 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Estill County (Irvine, KY).
