Texas High School Volleyball - Fort Bend Austin tips Fort Bend Travis

September 12, 2023: Richmond, TX 77406

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX) and the host Fort Bend Travis Tigers (Richmond, TX), saw Fort Bend Austin's volleyball squad nip Fort Bend Travis by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Fort Bend Austin upgrades its record to 18-13 on the year. The Bulldogs host Ridge Point (Missouri City, TX) to play the Panthers in a 6A Region III District 20 bout on Friday, September 15. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 21-12. Ridge Point won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Fort Bend Clements (Sugar Land, TX)

The Tigers now own a 10-12 record. They play next when they travel to Ridge Point for a 6A Region III District 20 bout on Tuesday, September 19.
