In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host J.Z. George Jaguars volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the West Bolivar Eagles.
The Jaguars (7-3) will now prepare for their battle against Sebastopol (Sebastopol, MS). The Bobcats come into the Class 1 Region 6 battle with a 10-5 record.
Next, the Eagles clash with the South Delta Bulldogs (Rolling Fork, MS) in a battle, on Tuesday, September 19. West Bolivar will attempt to advance on its 8-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 1-4 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Leflore County (Itta Bena, MS).
