The Richton Rebels prevailed the visiting North Forrest Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Rebels now have a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heidelberg for a Class 2 Region 8 test on Thursday, September 14. Richton will confront a Oilers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Bay Springs (Bay Springs, MS). The Oilers record now stands at 0-2.
The Eagles (0-11) will now prepare for their test against Bay Springs (Bay Springs, MS). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 9-1 record. In their last test, Bay Springs gained a win over Piney Woods (Piney Woods, MS), 3-0, in a league test.
