The Sunset Apollos (Portland, OR) volleyball overcame the visiting Southridge Skyhawks (Beaverton, OR), 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.
With the win, Sunset upgrades its record to 10-1 on the year. The Apollos travel to Jesuit (Portland, OR) to face the Crusaders in a 6A Metro outing on Thursday, September 14. The Crusaders go into the outing with a record of 10-1. Jesuit won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Aloha (Beaverton, OR)
The Skyhawks now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Westview for a 6A Metro outing on Wednesday, September 13. Southridge will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Mountainside (Beaverton, OR). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-2.
