The Lions (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Pikeville (Pikeville, KY). The Panthers enter the non-league battle with a 6-1 record. In their last battle, Pikeville Lawrence County (Louisa, KY), 1-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Tomcats battle the Montgomery County Indians (Mt. Sterling, KY) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 14. Blazer will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 7-5 record after their 6-0 league loss to George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY).
