Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Hampshire Trojans (Romney, WV) and the visiting Martinsburg Bulldogs (Martinsburg, WV), saw Hampshire's soccer squad knock off Martinsburg by a count of 3-0.

The Trojans (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against North Marion (Farmington, WV). The Huskies enter the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, North Marion by Lewis County (Weston, WV), 5-2, in a league battle.

Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Jefferson Cougars (Shenandoah Junction, WV) in a Eastern Panhandle battle, on Tuesday, September 17. Martinsburg will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 2-2 record after their 1-1 non-league Hurricane (Hurricane, WV).
