With the triumph, Jamesville-DeWitt moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Red Rams host South Jefferson (Adams, NY) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Maroons now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Oswego for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 17.
