Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Cascade Kodiaks (Leavenworth, WA) and the visiting Liberty Bell Mountain Lions (Winthrop, WA), observed Cascade's volleyball team hold off Liberty Bell by a tally of 2-1.

The Kodiaks (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Bridgeport (Bridgeport, WA). The Mustangs enter the non-league bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Bridgeport nipped Curlew (Curlew, WA), 3-0, in a non-league bout.

With the loss, Liberty Bell drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Mountain lions travel to Lake Roosevelt (Coulee Dam, WA) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 17. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Lake Roosevelt lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Reardan (Reardan, WA)
