The TEACH Homeschool Beach Breakers edged the host Norfolk Collegiate Mighty Oaks volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Thursday's league game.
Next up, the Beach Breakers confront the Oaktree Academy (Virginia Beach, VA) in a game, on Tuesday, September 17. TEACH Homeschool will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record.
The Mighty Oaks (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Summit Christian Academy (Yorktown, VA). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, Summit Christian Academy was edged by Portsmouth Christian (Portsmouth, VA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
