In Thursday's league challenge, the host Sherman Oaks CES Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Northridge Academy Pumas.

The Knights (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Fulton (Van Nuys, CA). The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Fulton was beaten by Panorama (Panorama City, CA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Pumas meet the East Valley Falcons (North Hollywood, CA) in a challenge, on Monday, September 16. Northridge Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 2-1 league win over Vaughn (San Fernando, CA).
