In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Norton Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Springfield Spartans.
The Panthers (10-0) will now prepare for their challenge against GlenOak (Canton, OH). The Golden Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record.
Next, the Spartans play the Aquinas Knights (Louisville, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 16. Springfield will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
