Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Roseville Tigers (Roseville, CA), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Placer advances its record to 5-1 on the season. The Hillmen travel to Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA) to face the Miners in a test on Tuesday, September 17. The Miners go into the test with a record of 1-4.

The Tigers now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Park for a non-league test on Monday, September 16. Roseville will face a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Inderkum (Sacramento, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-0.
