Maine High School Soccer - Orono knocks off Bucksport

In Thursday's league outing, the host Orono Riots soccer squad scored a tight 7-3 win over the Bucksport Golden Bucks.
The Riots (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Washington Academy (East Machias, ME). The Raiders enter the Class C - North outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Washington Academy tipped Narraguagus (Harrington, ME), 9-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Golden Bucks confront the Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME) in a Class C - North outing, on Monday, September 16. Bucksport will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Huskies enter the outing with a 0-3 record after their 8-1 non-league loss to Belfast (Belfast, ME).
