Martinsburg Bulldogs (Martinsburg, WV) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Hampshire Trojans (Romney, WV), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Martinsburg moves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Jefferson (Shenandoah Junction, WV) to meet the Cougars in a Eastern Panhandle test on Tuesday, September 17. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 5-2. Jefferson won 1-0 in their recent league test against Hedgesville (Hedgesville, WV)

The Trojans now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host North Marion for a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. Hampshire will meet a Huskies team coming off a 1-1 league Lewis County (Weston, WV). The Huskies record now stands at 2-1.
