Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Saranac Lake Red Storm (Saranac Lake, NY) and the host Seton Catholic Central Knights (Plattsburgh, NY), saw Saranac Lake's soccer squad triumph over Seton Catholic Central by a count of 5-0.

The Red Storm (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Saranac (Saranac, NY). The Spartans enter the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Saranac tipped Lake Placid (Lake Placid, NY), 9-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Knights battle the AuSable Valley Patriots (Clintonville, NY) in a Northern battle, on Wednesday, September 18. Seton Catholic Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
