Next, the Wolverines clash with the Monroe Area Purple Hurricanes (Monroe, GA) in a non-league test, on Monday, September 16. Prince Avenue Christian will attempt to advance on its 13-3 season record. The Purple Hurricanes go into the test with a 12-7 record after their 9-1 league win over Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA).

The Lions (12-8) will now prepare for their test against Stephens County (Toccoa, GA). The Indians go into the 2A Region 8 test with a 16-2 record. In their last test, Stephens County held off East Jackson (Commerce, GA), 19-1, in a league test.
