The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Taylor County Vikings (Butler, GA) and the visiting Macon County Bulldogs (Montezuma, GA), observed Taylor County's softball team get by Macon County by a tally of 7-0.
The Vikings (13-6) will now prepare for their bout against Lamar County (Barnesville, GA). The Trojans go into the non-league bout with a 9-8 record. In their last bout, Lamar County was routed by Social Circle (Social Circle, GA), 13-7, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Webster County (Preston, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, September 24. Macon County will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record.
