In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Sioux Valley Cossacks volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Beresford Watchdogs.
The Cossacks (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Baltic (Baltic, SD). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Baltic was beaten by Chester (Chester, SD), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Watchdogs meet the Flandreau Fliers (Flandreau, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 12. Beresford will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Fliers enter the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Deubrook (White, SD).
