Camden Central Lions (Camden, TN) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Waverly Central Tigers (Waverly, TN), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Camden Central improves its record to 13-3 on the season. The Lions travel to Santa Fe (Santa Fe, TN) to face the Wildcats in a A District 10 test on Friday, September 13. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 2-3. Santa Fe lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, TN)

The Tigers now own a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dickson County for a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. Waverly Central will face a Cougars squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Northwest (Clarksville, TN). The Cougars record now stands at 9-10.
