With the win, Green County advances its record to 6-6 on the season. The Dragons travel to Washington County (Springfield, KY) to face the Commanders in a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. The Commanders go into the test with a record of 3-6. Washington County lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Thomas Nelson (Bardstown, KY)

The Colonels now sport a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Barren County for a non-league test on Monday, September 16. Caverna will face a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Warren East (Bowling Green, KY). The Trojans record now stands at 6-9.
