Mississippi High School Volleyball - Oxford DeSoto Central

DeSoto Central Jaguars (Southaven, MS) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Oxford Chargers (Oxford, MS), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, DeSoto Central advances its record to 16-7 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Lewisburg (Olive Branch, MS) to face the Patriots in a Class 7A Region 1 test on Tuesday, September 17. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 18-5. Lewisburg won 3-0 in their recent league test against Southaven (Southaven, MS)

The Chargers now sport a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Richland for a non-league test on Saturday, September 14.
