North Carolina High School Volleyball - South Granville tips Durham School of the Arts

September 12, 2024: Durham, NC 27701

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the South Granville Vikings (Creedmoor, NC) and the host Durham School of the Arts Bulldogs (Durham, NC), observed South Granville's volleyball team hold off Durham School of the Arts by a count of 3-2.

The Vikings (10-1) will now prepare for their contest against Oxford Prep (Oxford, NC). The Griffins enter the non-league contest with a 4-8 record. In their last contest, Oxford Prep was tipped by Roxboro Community (Roxboro, NC), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Bulldogs battle the Southern School of Energy and Sustainability Spartans (Durham, NC) in a Northern Lakes Athletic 2A/3A contest, on Tuesday, September 17. Durham School of the Arts will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Spartans enter the contest with a 5-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Louisburg (Louisburg, NC).
