North Carolina High School Volleyball - First Flight Holmes

September 12, 2024: Edenton, NC 27932

In Thursday's league match, the Holmes Aces (Edenton, NC) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting First Flight Nighthawks (Kill Devil Hills, NC), by a final score of 3-1.

Next up, the Aces confront the Camden County Bruins (Camden, NC) in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A match, on Tuesday, September 17. Holmes will attempt to advance on its 12-1 season record. The Bruins enter the match with a 8-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC).

The Nighthawks (2-5) will now prepare for their match against Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC). The Panthers enter the Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Pasquotank County was dropped by Currituck County (Barco, NC), 3-0, in a league match.
