With the win, Sheldon improves its record to 7-7 on the season. The Irish host Willamette (Eugene, OR) to face the Wolverines in a 6A Southwest test on Tuesday, September 17. The Wolverines go into the test with a record of 0-5. Willamette lost 3-0 in their recent league test against South Medford (Medford, OR)

The Cavemen now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Illinois Valley for a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. Grants Pass will face a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Rogue River (Rogue River, OR). The Cougars record now stands at 1-1.
