North Carolina High School Volleyball - South Stokes over North Stokes

September 12, 2024: Danbury, NC 27016

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC) and the host North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC), observed South Stokes's volleyball team top North Stokes by a tally of 3-0.

The Sauras (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Elkin (Elkin, NC). The Buckin' Elks enter the Northwest 1A contest with a 1-11 record.

Next, the Vikings meet the Surry Central Golden Eagles (Dobson, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 18. North Stokes will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the contest with a 9-3 record after their 3-1 league win over North Surry (Mount Airy, NC).
