In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Northridge Academy Pumas volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Sherman Oaks CES Knights.

The Pumas (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against East Valley (North Hollywood, CA). The Falcons come into the Valley challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, East Valley beat Vaughn (San Fernando, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the Fulton Jaguars (Van Nuys, CA) in a Valley challenge, on Monday, September 16. Sherman Oaks CES will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences (Granada Hills, CA).
