The Pyramid Lake Lakers topped the host Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage Rams volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Lakers confront the Coleville Wolves (Coleville, CA) in a 1A Western game, on Tuesday, September 17. Pyramid Lake will attempt to advance on its 6-3 season record. The Wolves go into the game with a 4-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Mineral County (Hawthorne, NV).

The Rams (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Smith Valley (Smith, NV). The Bulldogs go into the 1A Western game with a 10-10 record. In their last game, Smith Valley gained a win over Tonopah (Tonopah, NV), 3-0, in a non-league game.
