The Sweet Springs Greyhounds volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Wellington-Napoleon Tigers to 2 in the Greyhounds non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Greyhounds now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lafayette County for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 14. Sweet Springs will clash with a Huskers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Santa Fe (Alma, MO). The Huskers record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Wellington-Napoleon drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Northland Christian (Kansas City, MO) to clash with the in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 14.
