Virginia High School Football - Rappahannock County defeated by Chincoteague

September 12, 2025: Chincoteague, VA 23336

The Chincoteague Ponies were victorious over the visiting Rappahannock County football team by a score of 33-14 in Friday's league outing.

The Ponies now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Kenston Forest for a non-league outing on Friday, September 26.

With the defeat, Rappahannock County drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The travel to Quantico (Quantico, VA) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league game on Saturday, September 20. The Warriors enter the game with a record of 0-2. Quantico lost 36-28 in their recent league outing against Randolph-Macon Academy (Front Royal, VA)
