Pennsylvania High School Football - Farrell trounces Mercer

September 12, 2025: Mercer, PA 16137

In Friday's league match, the visiting Farrell Steelers football squad scored a decisive 66-0 triumph over the Mercer Mustangs.

The Steelers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Sharon (Sharon, PA). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Sharon was ripped by Hickory (Hermitage, PA), 21-19, in a league battle.

The Mustangs now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenville for a non-league test on Friday, September 19. Mercer will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 41-6 league win over Cochranton (Cochranton, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 3-1.
