In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Bishop O'Connell Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the St. John's Cadets.
The Knights (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against St. John's (Washington, DC). The Cadets go into the test with a 1-3 record.
The Cadets now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Yorktown for a non-league test on Monday, September 15. St. John's will face a Patriots squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA). The Patriots record now stands at 2-1.
