Colorado High School Softball - Widefield bounces Sand Creek

The Widefield Gladiators softball team scored 11 runs and held the host Sand Creek Scorpions to 6 in the Gladiators non-league win on Friday.
The Gladiators now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pine Creek for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13. Widefield will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Vista Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 3-3.
The Scorpions (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Falcon (Falcon, CO). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Falcon was routed by Elizabeth (Elizabeth, CO), 13-1, in a non-league test.
