The North Tahoe Lakers (Tahoe City, CA) volleyball knocked off the host Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Carson City, NV), 2-0 in Friday's league bout.

The Lakers now possess a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Silver Stage for a match on Saturday, September 20.

The Falcons (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Pershing County (Lovelock, NV). The Mustangs enter the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Pershing County notched a victory over Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV), 2-1, in a non-league match.
