In Friday's non-league outing, the visiting Nansemond-Suffolk Academy Saints soccer squad scored a tight 9-3 win over the Peninsula Catholic Knights.

The Saints (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Hampton Roads Academy (Newport News, VA). The Navigators enter the TCIS outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Hampton Roads Academy tipped Norfolk Christian (Norfolk, VA), 3-0, in a league outing.

In their next game, the Knights clash with the Catholic Crusaders (Virginia Beach, VA) in a TCIS test, on Tuesday, September 16. Peninsula Catholic will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Crusaders come into the test with a 2-7 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to John Paul II Catholic (Greenville, NC).
