The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Chattanooga Warriors (Chattanooga, OK) and the visiting Okarche Warriors (Okarche, OK), observed Chattanooga's softball squad topple Okarche by a score of 9-1.
With the triumph, Chattanooga improves its record to 4-5 on the year.
The Warriors now hold a 15-11 record. They play next when they host Alex for a Class A bout on Friday, September 12. Okarche will battle a Longhorns team coming off a 8-3 non-league loss to Rush Springs (Rush Springs, OK). The Longhorns record now stands at 0-7.
