In Friday's league challenge, the host Aubrey Chaparrals volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Richland Raiders.

With the win, Aubrey advances its record to 29-2 on the season. The Chaparrals travel to Lake Dallas (Corinth, TX) to face the Falcons in a 4A Region II District 9 test on Tuesday, September 16. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 8-9.

The Raiders now sport a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sanger for a 4A Region II District 9 test on Tuesday, September 16. Richland will play a Indians team coming off a 3-2 league win over Van Alstyne (Van Alstyne, TX). The Indians record now stands at 19-11.
