Como-Pickton Eagles (Como, TX) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the visiting Miller Grove Hornets (Cumby, TX), 3-0 in a non-league outing.

The Eagles now have a 18-10 record. They play next when they host Rivercrest for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 16. Como-Pickton will play a Rebels team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Community (Nevada, TX). The Rebels record now stands at 5-10.

The Hornets (1-18) will now prepare for their game against Dodd City (Dodd City, TX). The Hornets go into the non-league game with a 7-5 record.
