North Carolina High School Volleyball - Hickory Christian Academy over University Christian

Fans at Friday's league contest between the Hickory Christian Academy Knights (Hickory, NC) and the host University Christian Barracudas (Hickory, NC), observed Hickory Christian Academy's volleyball team top University Christian by a count of 3-0.

The Knights (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against North Hills Christian (Salisbury, NC). The Eagles enter the NCISAA Foothills Athletic battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, North Hills Christian dropped by Statesville Christian (Statesville, NC), 3-2, in a league battle.

The Barracudas now own a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Salem Christian School for a NCISAA Foothills Athletic battle on Tuesday, September 16. University Christian will encounter a Defenders squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Sheets Memorial Christian (Lexington, NC). The Defenders record now stands at 5-3.
