Alaska High School Volleyball - Nikiski over Homer

September 12, 2025: Homer, AK 99603

Fans at Friday's league contest between the Nikiski Bulldogs (Nikiski, AK) and the host Homer Mariners (Homer, AK), saw Nikiski's volleyball squad notch a victory over Homer by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Nikiski improves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Soldotna (Soldotna, AK) to encounter the Stars in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 16. The Stars go into the battle with a record of 11-4. Soldotna lost 3-2 in their recent league battle against Palmer (Palmer, AK)

The Mariners now own a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seward for a 3A Southcentral challenge on Friday, September 19.
