With the win, Westside improves its record to 7-11 on the season. The Wolves travel to Wisdom (Houston, TX) to face the Generals in a 6A Region III District 18 test on Friday, September 19. The Generals go into the test with a record of 0-2. Wisdom lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Bellaire (Bellaire, TX)

Next, the Tigers meet the Cesar E. Chavez Lobos (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region III District 18 challenge, on Friday, September 19. Houston Math Science & Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record. The Lobos come into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Bellaire (Bellaire, TX).
